University Ave, the site is just a block away from the university’s central campus, making it a prime location for students seeking a vibrant living experience.
The Chapter Ann Arbor project will include 183 residential units, offering a total of 625 beds specifically designed for students. The development will feature a variety of apartment configurations, including studio, two-bedroom, four-bedroom, and five-bedroom fully furnished options, ensuring there is something for every type of student.
