CRG and Shapack Partners have successfully secured financing for an exciting new student housing project named Chapter Ann Arbor. This development will rise 19 stories and cater to the booming demand for student accommodation located conveniently near the University of Michigan. Situated at 1201-1213 S. University Ave, the site is just a block away from the university’s central campus, making it a prime location for students seeking a vibrant living experience.
The Chapter Ann Arbor project will include 183 residential units, offering a total of 625 beds specifically designed for students. The development will feature a variety of apartment configurations, including studio, two-bedroom, four-bedroom, and five-bedroom fully furnished options, ensuring there is something for every type of student.

As the demand for student housing in Ann Arbor continues to grow, there are currently three additional student housing projects underway that will contribute approximately 2,270 beds to the University of Michigan’s residential inventory.
