This remarkable achievement highlights the Municipality’s leadership in municipal and institutional excellence, reflecting its dedication to operational efficiency, digital transformation, risk management, and workplace health and safety.
Among the accolades, the Municipality topped two categories at the HBC International Awards by the Harvard Business Council, particularly for its cutting-edge Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiative. This initiative has been instrumental in streamlining procurement procedures, acting as a foundational element in supporting Dubai’s vision of creating a smart city. Furthermore, the RPA initiative received the esteemed Gold Award from the Noble Business Awards and additional recognition from the Globee Awards for Technology.
The Municipality achieved a significant achievement with its “Hair Dye Safety Assessment”, which was recognized as the Most Impactful Risk Research at the 2025 IIRSM Awards for Excellence in Risk Management.
