    • Construct a new four-lane elevated toll highway (SR 690) above 118th Ave N, connecting US 19 to I‑275

    • Build a raised four-lane expressway (SR 686A) in median of SR 686 to Bayside Bridge and airport connector

    • Install electronic toll gantries supporting SunPass or pay-by-plate billing

    • Integrate express lanes on I‑275 segment south of Gandy Blvd toward Howard Frankland bridge
